All materials, code snippets, Vibe Lab simulations, financial models, backtesting examples, and quantitative strategies provided on this Platform are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance simulated in backtests does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any live trading or investment decisions you make.
You must provide accurate and complete registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
All curriculum text, video lessons, course syllabus, and interactive code exercises belong to SoloQuant Academy or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access enrolled content for your individual study. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly publish course contents without prior written consent.
You expressly authorize SoloQuant Academy to contact you and push promotional communications, course releases, quantitative market analysis, product updates, and platform marketing campaigns to your registered email address. You retain the right to unsubscribe from non-service marketing communications at any time.
You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our backend infrastructure or interactive Vibe Lab sandboxes. We track technical usage telemetry and activity logs to ensure platform security, enforce acceptable use, and enhance computational performance.
Course access fees are clearly stated at checkout. Lifetime access grants personal access for the operational lifetime of the platform. Unless mandated by local consumer protection laws, digital course purchases are non-refundable once content access or lab execution has commenced.
SoloQuant Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms. When a new version is released, registered students will be presented with an update notification upon next login and must agree to the revised terms to continue using platform services.
